These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are your agreement with us when you use the app. We want to make things clear, so you know exactly what you’re getting into when you download and use AI Vlog-ProVideo . If you continue to use the app, you’re agreeing to these Terms, so please read them carefully.

1. What We’re About

AI Vlog-ProVideo is all about turning your interesting thoughts into vivid visuals, with no sign-up required. You can create images based on whatever descriptions you throw at it. If you can imagine it, you can create it.

2. License to Use AI Vlog-ProVideo (What You Can and Can’t Do

We’re giving you a license to use AI Vlog-ProVideo , but it’s not a free-for-all. You can use it for personal stuff — creating the funny images you can think of, saving them, or sharing them. You can’t, however:

- Reverse-engineer, hack, or mess with the app’s code (no trying to break it or steal how it works).

- Use AI Vlog-ProVideo for commercial purposes (so no selling generated images or using them for a business without permission).

- Share or distribute content you generate that’s harmful, offensive, or illegal.

If you do any of these things, your access to the app will be terminated.

3. Your Content and Our Content

The images you create with AI Vlog-ProVideo are yours. They're stored only on your device and not collected or shared by us. We don't want your content — we just want to help you make it.

But, if you share your content with us (like if you want to send feedback or tell us about bugs), you’re giving us permission to use that content to improve the app, with no strings attached.

We’ll never claim ownership over what you create. Just remember, we don’t want any content that could cause harm, hurt, or offend others. Keep it creepy, not illegal.

4. What We Won’t Tolerate (Prohibited Uses)

Please don’t use AI Vlog-ProVideo to:

- Create or share content that’s harmful, illegal, or offensive. We’re all about creepy visuals, but let’s keep it respectful.

- Try to hack, manipulate, or use AI Vlog-ProVideo in ways it wasn’t meant to be used.

- Violate any laws or rights of others, including intellectual property.

If you cross these lines, we’ll block your access to the app and could take legal action if needed.

5. Privacy (We Respect Your Privacy)

We respect your privacy. We don’t collect your personal data — your generated images stay on your device.

6. Termination (If You Break the Rules)

If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to kick you off the app, either temporarily or permanently.

If we shut down your access, we’re not responsible for any data you lose, so please make sure to save your creations before you get the boot.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time — because apps evolve, and the legal stuff has to keep up. When we change something important, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. You’ll know when the new version is out, and by continuing to use the app, you agree to the updated Terms.

8. Subscription Terms

Some features of AI Vlog-ProVideo require a subscription.

- AI Premium Weekly: $9.99 per week.

- AI Premium Yearly: $49.99 per year.

- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.

- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
